1. Aceptación
Al usar Lizen aceptas estos Términos y la Política de Privacidad.
2. Cuentas y elegibilidad
Debes tener capacidad legal para contratar. Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tu cuenta.
3. Uso del servicio
- No subirás contenido ilegal ni que infrinja derechos de terceros.
- No intentarás interrumpir ni acceder sin autorización al servicio.
- Podemos cambiar o discontinuar funciones en cualquier momento.
4. Contenido y propiedad intelectual
Conservas tus derechos sobre lo que subes. Al subir contenido, otorgas a Lizen una licencia mundial, no exclusiva y gratuita para alojar, almacenar, transmitir y mostrar tu contenido dentro del servicio. Revisa la Política de Copyright para retiros (takedown).
5. Actividades prohibidas
- Infringir copyright, marcas o derechos de imagen/privacidad.
- Abusar, acosar, promover odio o incitar a la violencia.
- Uso automatizado no autorizado, scraping o ingeniería inversa.
6. Exenciones de garantía
El servicio se ofrece “tal cual”, sin garantías de disponibilidad o idoneidad.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida permitida por la ley, Lizen no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes.
8. Terminación
Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estos Términos o la ley, incluyendo infracciones reiteradas de copyright.
9. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por la ley aplicable en tu jurisdicción, salvo normas imperativas distintas.
10. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos Términos; la fecha de “Última actualización” reflejará la versión vigente.

You must have legal capacity to contract. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure.

- Do not upload unlawful content or infringe others’ rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or access the service without authorization.
- We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
4. Content & IP
You retain rights to your uploads. By uploading, you grant Lizen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display your content within the service. See our Copyright Policy for takedowns.
5. Prohibited activities
- Infringing copyright, trademarks, or publicity/privacy rights.
- Abuse, harassment, hate or violence.
- Unauthorized automation, scraping, or reverse engineering.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of availability or fitness.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lizen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the law, including repeat copyright violations.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
